Join Us for the National Dissemination Event of Task 54 - Cold Climate Wind Power
The DTU IEA Wind TCP Task 54 team invites you to our open forum and presentations on April 11th at DTU Risø Campus, Denmark.
The key purpose of the event is to create a dialogue with the Danish industry and possible stakeholders rather than a one-way presentation session.
Topics are:
- Development of an open-access Ice Throw tool.
- Mesoscale/regional modelling of wind turbine icing.
- Icing impact on wind turbines.
- Cold climate wind tunnel validation-
- Computational Fluid Dynamics code-to-code validations-
- Uncertainty Quantification (‘UQ’)
The event includes a Poul LaCour Wind Tunnel tour and the Large Scale Facility at DTU Wind and Energy Systems facilities.
