Testing and Calibration

Our ambition is to connect wind energy research and wind energy industry. By performing tests and calibrations for various industry stakeholders - especially at our test centres Høvsøre and Østerild - we contribute actively to research and innovation programs, developing new lidar applications and turbine test methods.

The overall purpose in TAC is always to bring research all the way to the wind energy market. TAC contributes actively to the research and innovation programmes with technical support, regarding all kinds of experimental work. Core activities are accredited power curves, load measurements, lidar calibration, and wind and wind turbine measurements within research projects. TAC has technical expertise within sensors, databases, hardware, and software and offers accredited measurements for the global wind industry.
