Flows
Our ambition is to increase the competitiveness of the wind energy industry with research in fluid mechanics, aerodynamics and aero-acoustics and the development of tools forming the backbone of most wind turbine related technology.
We are about 20 researchers working on different topics applied on analysis, design and operation of wind turbines and wind farms.
Our main research areas are the development of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Aero-acoustics (CAA) tools, including their verification and experimental validation.
